We regularly release new features to help you realise the most value from the Breedr platform. Read about all the latest enhancements, below.
Sync Mares from Prism to Breedr
Release Date: 5 November 2021
Prism's integration with Breedr automates the addition of mares from Prism into breedr.horse, ready to apply for stallion nominations.
When editing each mare profile in Prism, optionally select the Sync with Breedr option.
But first, contact us to advise your breedr.horse username (email) and request that we connect your Breedr and Prism accounts.
Within just a couple of minutes, the mare will be added into your breedr.horse account.
A yellow attention icon will display next to the mare's name. Click the mare.
Review the warning message, asking you to confirm that you are indeed in the mare's managing owner or appointed representative of the owners.
Preview Stallion page on Breedr [Stallion Farms]

Prism's integration with Breedr automates the promotion of stallions on breedr.horse, ready to accept nomination applications from breeders.
On each stallion profile in Prism, stallion farms can now see exactly how their stallions appear on breedr.horse. Just click Preview Breedr Profile.
Improved mare selection to download Mare Pedigree from Arion

When adding a new mare to your Breedr account, you can now search for the mare's name and select her from a list displayed.
Enter your mare's name or part of her name, then click Search.
Select the correct mare from the list displayed, paying attention to the Country of Birth and Foal Year.
This will ensure the mare's pedigree (Arion's Mare Book Pedigree) will download every time.
Share Stallion Farm Stallion Booking page
Release Date: 23 April 2021
Stallion Farms can now easily share the unique URL to the Breedr Booking page, filtered for their stallions.
- Go to breedr.horse/book
- Select for your Stud Farm from the drop-down filter
- Click Search
- Copy the URL displayed.
- It will include a URL parameter following the ? sign, "stud=<YourStudname>"
- Share that URL to direct breeders to the Booking page on breedr.horse, pre-filtered for only your stallions
Register your Mare on a Stallion Waitlist
Release Date: 15 September 2020
If a stallion is fully booked, the Stud can still accept booking requests and add mares onto a waitlist. Via the Breedr Stallion Roster, the stud can notify breeders registered on the waitlist the moment an existing booking is cancelled. Every breeder has an equal opportunity of securing that last minute spot and can enjoy increased flexibility on last minute bookings.
Share your Mare with another Breedr user

For any mare in your account, you can now share access to another Breedr user.
- On the Mare Profile, select SHARE
- Search for an existing Breedr user by name or email address. Alternatively, enter an email address to invite another person to register an account with Breedr to access your Mare.
- Specify whether you wish to grant the other user VIEW ONLY access or whether you wish to transfer MANAGER privileges to the other user.
Note that View Only access will not allow the user to update the Mare Profile, Share the Mare with other users or Request Bookings.
Request immediate service of your Mare

For any mare that you manage in your Breedr account, you can now request an immediate service (covering) of your mare within the next 24 or 48 hours, where timeliness is critical.
- Navigate to IMMEDIATE SERVICE REQUESTS under the Account menu, then ADD IMMEDIATE SERVICE REQUEST
- Select your mare, the timeframe within which you would like your mare covered, the country and state your Mare is currently located in and your budget
- From the list of available Stallion Farms located in that Country and State, deselect any farms you do not wish to contact
- Enter a message, confirm you are authorised to request a booking to a Stallion, and then CONFIRM
This message and your Mare's profile will be sent to those Studs selected.
Review Immediate Service Requests [Stallion Farms]
Release Date: 31 August 2020
When a breeder requests an immediate booking, selected Stallion Farms will receive an email and also a notification in the Prism platform. Stallion Farms can then:
- Click the notification to review the Immediate Service Request, or go to Breeding > Dashboard > Immediate Service Requests to see all recent requests.
- Review the Mare Profile including any pedigree page, images, veterinary reports shared by the breeder
- Review the budget set by the breeder.
- Offer selected Stallions and Appointments, and:
- offer the Advertised Service Fee; or
- offer an alternate Service Fee by overwriting the Advertised Service Fee; or
- offer to cover the Mare at the Mare Owner's budget.
- Include a personalised message and send.

Stallion 'Drag and Drop' Rostering [Stallion Farms]
Release Date: 4 September 2020
The Stallion Roster window now allows Stallion Farms to roster their Stallions and schedule services using a new, easy to use Drag and Drop function.
- Navigate to Breeding > Stallion Roster
- Drag the Mare's booking into available Cover Dates and Appointments
- You can still click on the Mare to view/edit the Stallion Booking manually if you wish
